Welcome to PS 100 Early Childhood 3K & Pre-K

Dear Families of Our Brand New 3K & PreK Students,

I am so excited to begin our year together!  I am Ms. Arbolino, the Principal of PS 100.  I know that you have been eagerly awaiting the beginning of your student’s school career!!

We are excited to be part of this new journey with you and your child.  Early Childhood grades are a wonderful new experience.  Our teachers are ready to welcome the students and engage in new discoveries, learning and fun.  We look forward to getting to know all of our students as they learn and grow!

In order to build strong communication between home and school, there are a few items that I want to share with you as we begin the school year.

    • Arrival for Pre-Kindergarten In-Person students begins at 8:00 am.  Students cannot be dropped off earlier.

    • Due to space constraints,  ONLY 1 Family Member can drop off students.
    • Families will line up outside to drop off students at their designated door.
    • Classroom Doors will open promptly at 8:00 am.

Uniforms

  • Our school uniform consists of navy on top and khaki (tan) on the bottom.

Additional Information

  • Please download the following app: Class Dojo. Please also make sure you sign up for a NYCSA  (NYC Schools Account) and have an up to date email on file.  These are our main communication tools.  Please also be sure to visit our school website, www.ps100x.org, which is frequently updated with important information, including supply lists.  (Supply lists can be found under the “Student Life” section of the website.)
  • Breakfast will be served to all students every morning.
  • Teachers will be reaching out to you with class-specific information.
